Leverage your experience and join the dynamic team in the Sales and Business Development Representative role at a dynamic start-upoperating under the umbrella of aleading provider specializing in financial services, human capital development, and training solutions aligned with Vision 2030, based in Riyadh & Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

As a Sales & BD Representative you will play a key role in driving sales growth by building relationships with B2B customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable HR Solutions. The ideal candidates are skilled communicators, goal-oriented, and passionate.

Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
  • Implement effective business development campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Creatively promote the company’s programs and services.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations.
  • Manage client data using CRM systems.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyze results to improve strategies.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license; willing to travel locally.
  • Experience in HR services is considered a plus.
