Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This position plays a critical role in driving Radiometer s Point of Care Testing (POCT) business success across the southern region. The ideal candidate will manage the full customer journey from project initiation to post-implementation evaluation and tender awards while ensuring best-in-class product application support and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Deliver and exceed assigned sales targets through both retention and competitive acquisition strategies.
•
Own the full POCT solution cycle including user training, validation/verification, troubleshooting, and product presentations.
•
Lead tender management initiatives by partnering with key stakeholders and increasing Radiometer system adoption (RAD QTY) in upcoming tenders.
•
Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of market dynamics, including competitor activities and existing contracts.
•
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Automation Specialists to design customized, value-based diagnostic solutions.
•
Ensure Radiometer's installed base (IB) is optimally functional, and customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
•
Oversee and monitor sales performance, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
•
Lead installation and validation support, partnering closely with the Service Team to ensure high-quality implementations and training.
•
Troubleshoot product issues to maintain data integrity and clinical trust in Radiometer solutions.
•
Build strong, strategic relationships with Key Decision Makers, especially within tender and contracting departments, to position Radiometer as the diagnostics partner of choice.
•
Champion regional product support and marketing initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of Radiometer POCT platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•
Bachelor s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or Biotechnology.
•
Minimum of 5 years' experience in diagnostic sales or product application (IVD experience is essential).
•
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and healthcare procurement process.
•
Bilingual in Arabic and English.
•
Proven success in driving sales growth, building customer loyalty, and delivering technical excellence in diagnostic settings.
