1/ Being an Ambassador of the Maison to all our clients
Share the passion of over 240 years of history, emphasizing a culture of excellence and knowledge;
Bring the Chaumet Experience to life through warm and luxurious hospitality;
Offer a curated selection of pieces and assist clients in their purchasing process;
Play a key role in the sales process by creating memorable moments and surprising clients;
Guide clients on an emotional journey, immersing them in the world of Chaumet.
2/ Contributing to the boutique's commercial development by attracting new clients and retaining existing ones
Achieve sales targets to ensure the success of the boutique and team;
Develop the customer database through active engagement, creating and updating client files;
Identify new opportunities by expanding your client portfolio and reaching new audiences;
Engage in clienteling activities by inviting clients and prospects to Maison-organized events;
Prepare personalized selections for VIP clients based on their preferences and occasions.
3/ Participating in flawless store operations and actively contributing to store life
Help achieve collective boutique goals by collaborating with colleagues;
Participate in team meetings, challenges, events, and activities, offering your insights;
Assist in monitoring performance indicators and gathering customer feedback;
Ensure compliance with security, cashier procedures, and stock management rules;
Contribute to reporting and analysis as required by HQ, serving as a point of reference for client feedback;
Support visual merchandising efforts for windows and internal displays in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team;
Assist with stock management and after-sales services.
Votre profil
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a commercial role, ideally within the luxury and jewelry sector;
Strong commercial drive, goal-oriented, with a challenge-ready attitude;
Deep passion for jewelry and Maison Chaumet;
Empathy, excellent listening skills, and personable demeanor;
Business acumen, storytelling ability, and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
