Role Overview:
Contributes to the Sales Administration job family in a support capacity. Provides a range of specialist administrative/professional services to a sales organization. This may include supporting and contributing to projects, goals, and budgets which require specific knowledge of sales activities in a given market/geography. Interacts with underwriting in coordinating rate quotes, with brokers to help manage flow of proposal packages and quotes, and with employer groups in resolving daily service issues. Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets. Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales. Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Sales Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up new business leads
Participate in key projects as may be required
Ability to work independently to achieve ambitious new business targets
Support to sales Managers and issue proposals.
Submit proposals to brokers/clients
Qualifications:
Min 3 years Sales experience in the corporate market, with international exposure.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or any similar
Experience in corporate Employee Benefits (group healthcare insurances) is essential
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is preferred
Skills:
Ability to work independently to achieve ambitious new business targets
Numeracy and ability to analyze statistical information
High level consultative Sales/Negotiation/Influencing
Highly Self-motivated, effective goal setting
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise fashion.
Ability to research, prepare and deliver client presentations in a range of formats and settings.

Excellent time management and project management skills
