We are seeking a Sales Admin with experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting the sales function, ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers, coordinating pricing, and maintaining accurate sales records. Register new customers and maintain customer files and sales agreements.
Prepare, track, and follow up on sales quotations with coordination from the pricing team.
Generate sales and operational reports and dashboards.
Lead generation and tracking of sales opportunities from internal systems.
Maintain accurate databases of customers and sales activities.
Liaise with clients to gather missing info, respond to queries, and provide support.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, sales presentations, and conference calls.
Provide administrative support to management and executive teams.
Work closely with customer service, operations, and documentation teams to ensure contract execution.
Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or administrative roles within a freight forwarding/shipping/logistics company.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales workflow tools.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
