The Sales Account Manager is a key role responsible for driving sales of HR services, with a strong emphasis on white-collar recruitment, within the Saudi Arabian market. This role requires a proven track record in selling HR solutions, particularly recruitment services, and a demonstrated ability to generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage client accounts effectively. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in relevant software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM), and a deep understanding of the local market.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Proactively generate leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, online research, industry events, etc.).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct daily outreach to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients needs related to HR services, specifically white-collar recruitment.
- Present compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the value proposition of the company's HR solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's HR service offerings, including recruitment, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in selling HR services in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
