The Sales Account Manager at CEQUENS is a crucial role within the Enterprise Sales department, focusing winning new business and also expanding relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. A large part of this role involves winning new business so the right candidate must have a hunter mentality and a proven new business development history. The position also involves managing and retaining clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. So as well as wining new business the Sales Account Manager works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align CEQUENS CPaaS / SaaS solutions accordingly, ensuring a partnership that supports and enhances the clients strategic goals.
