Experience Required: 3-10 years

Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Field Sales Representative to manage project follow-ups, coordinate with technical teams and clients, and drive sales of architectural hardware and accessories. This role involves fostering strong client relationships, negotiating pricing, ensuring timely payments, and collaborating with various departments to enhance sales operations.

Roles And Responsibilities
  1. Follow up on ongoing projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the technical team.
  2. Present and discuss price offers, provide product samples, and support clients in decision-making.
  3. Maintain strong customer relationships by actively engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
  4. Track and manage collections and payments to ensure financial accuracy.
  5. Prepare and share reports and updates regarding sales activities and project follow-ups.
  6. Travel as needed to oversee projects beyond Riyadh's geographical scope.
Must-Have Qualifications
  1. 3 years of experience in sales within the architectural hardware and accessories industry.
  2. Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to build lasting client relationships and maintain a professional yet friendly rapport.
  4. Strong follow-up skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
  5. Willingness to travel for project follow-ups and business development.
  6. Ability to provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
