The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to help customers in their Digital Transformation success journey using our Digital solutions and consultation engineering services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. The ideal candidate will drive the company's business to ensure its successful growth, profitability, and achievement of business goals for the assigned accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers.
- Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products, services, and solutions in the area of industrial Digital Solutions.
- Develop sales and growth strategies toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
- Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers; utilize your knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
- Develop key accounts and new accounts, obtain vendor approvals, generate demand, and manage specifications to gain a competitive advantage.
- Enhance the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization.
- Maximize the company's presence and market share in designated accounts and territories.
- Generate new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Update internal stakeholders on the progress of initiatives.
- Collaborate with our Strategic Partners sales team and leverage pre-sales support to deliver customer outcome-based solutions.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven 5 to 10 years of experience in selling Digital, IT, and software solutions to sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Power & Water, MMM, and the Government sector.
- Forecast accuracy and on-time submission of reports.
- Strength of account plans and strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing account management plans.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant Sales support role.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Sales CRM tools such as SFDC or similar.
- Saudi National is preferred.
