What You'll Do:
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts within Saudi Arabia.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Drive sales and contract negotiations while ensuring projects align with client objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term, sustainable relationships with clients by providing continuous value through Delphi's suite of services.
Strategic Collaboration & Market Insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and services that meet client requirements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Support the leadership team in achieving company-wide goals and targets in KSA.
What You'll Bring:
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in business development and account management, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the KSA market.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Communication & Technical Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluent).
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, security solutions, and enterprise technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
