We’re hiring a Sales Account Manager to anchor our business development function.

This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in building commercial system, converting leads, and crafting client relationships in complex, consulting driven environments.

Job Specification

  • Lead Commercial Growth: Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts across our consulting offerings HR, digital advisory, public procurement, and commercial transformation.
  • Build & Optimize CRM (HubSpot): Own our HubSpot setup—design and refine pipelines, automate workflows, create reporting dashboards, and ensure data quality for predictable growth.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Act as a trusted commercial advisor to prospects and partners. Navigate complex client needs, coordinate proposal development, and manage follow-ups that convert.
  • Sales Operations: Introduce sales playbooks, optimize outreach and account segmentation, and track performance against KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Reach partners, consultants, and marketing leads to align BD efforts with firm positioning, ongoing projects, and regional expansion goals.

Person Specification

  • 2-5 years of experience in in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or professional services.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in HubSpot (pipeline setup, automation, reporting). Knowledge of Zoho is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
  • Great Communication & Negotiation skills.
