Job Summary :

Supermicro is a global leader in server and IT hardware. We are seeking an Account Sales professional to join our team based in Dubai, UAE, supporting sales operations across EMEA. The role involves maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of our sales processes by collaborating with teams such as Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Candidates should have a good understanding of computer hardware, be detail-oriented, and possess a proactive attitude. Willingness to travel internationally for training, events, or business activities is required. The role emphasizes customer focus, high-quality service, and business profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Support sales operations to ensure excellent customer experience and revenue generation.
  • Manage and develop multiple key accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers and Account Managers across MENA.
  • Manage full sales cycles, including order processing.
  • Understand, articulate, and sell product and service propositions.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
  • Handle complex inquiries and sales leads promptly.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and promote growth.
  • Develop sales strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Deliver effective presentations and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Understand global market trends to anticipate future customer and product needs.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in IT and/or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with strong negotiation skills.
  • High-quality work ethic to maximize new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working both internally and externally.
  • Experience in fast-paced sales environments.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Team player with professionalism and creativity.
  • Experience selling technology into corporate accounts is a plus.
