Job Summary

The Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and build strong client relationships in the hospitality sector across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, expanding our client base, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Identify business opportunities and expand the client database through proactive sales efforts

Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage accounts, track sales activities, and forecast revenue

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution

Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at trade shows and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality or related field.
  • An experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in 5 Star hotels.
  • An Experience within the Fashion Design industry is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in fashion, hospitality, or corporate attire
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
