Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dammam, KSA, a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas.We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive long-term value. This role requires a professional who can balance macro-level strategic insights with the ability to dive into details to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Account Management : Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving long-term success.
  • Client Relationship Building : Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to establish yourself as a strategic advisor and go-to partner.
  • Opportunity Identification & Growth : Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and value creation, ensuring that the client’s evolving needs are met.-Sales Presentations & Proposals : Develop clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers that represent maximum value to the customer and fair price for the company; ensure that proposals address customer’s key issues, needs, and requirements.
  • Tailored Solutions Development : Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client challenges and align with broader market dynamics.
  • Market Insight & Trends : Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and position the company as a thought leader in the sector.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management : Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership sustainability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and solutions.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting : Monitor account performance and provide regular, data-driven updates to senior leadership, highlighting successes, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business,or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of technical sales experience and familiarity with simulation software or related industries preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic sales and account management, with a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (regional).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong ability to analyze and anticipate client needs and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Ability to think strategically and deliver actionable results.
