We are a highly engaged team that loves bringing creative solutions to the table to help grow and transform our business. Summary of Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a strategic territory coverage and sales plan that encourages multi-angle access into new and existing accounts
  2. Capable of hunting and sourcing pipeline (HUNTING / SOURCING YOUR OWN PIPELINE)
  3. Achieve revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis
  4. Build and grow an ongoing pipeline of existing accounts
  5. Travel across the MEA region
  6. Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
  7. Plan and manage both account and deal strategy. Identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within existing accounts
  8. Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat map within entire account list
  9. Articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders. Effectively identify and quantify customer pains, highlight ROI and business value through a consultative sales approach
  10. Work within a team environment; manage internal and external resources to execute account and deal strategy and maximize sales efforts and success rate
  11. Establish & maintain strong and referenceable relationships with our client base
  12. Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of technology sales experience, with a track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quota and a high level of income attainment
  • Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • The ability to initiate and execute on a self-defined business plan
  • Someone who takes the initiative, is highly driven and self-motivated
  • Someone who can take feedback and constructive criticism to put it into action
  • Capable of travelling across the Middle East and Gulf region(s)
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account selling
  • Experience using Salesforce to input data, track pipeline and forecasts, and utilise reports for analytical purposes
  • Strong business acumen. Polished, and articulate, comfortable selling & presenting to senior level executives. Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
  • Creative problem solver who can react quickly and multi-task
