Junior Sales Engineer - ARAK


About the Job:


Arak Lighting is now hiring Junior Sales Engineers to help grow their presence in the lighting industry. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering the right lighting solutions. The role involves preparing presentations, working with internal teams for project delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at trade shows.


Job Role:


  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  2. Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and market developments.
  7. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.

Job Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  2. 2–3 years of experience in a sales or sales engineering role.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
