Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 11 years of experience. Valid safety certification is required. This role is critical for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and improving workforce safety culture.

Qualifications

Job Title: Industrial Skills Training Specialist / Safety Trainer

The Industrial Skills Training Specialist / Safety Trainer is responsible for delivering effective training programs focused on industrial skills and safety procedures within the Oil & Gas sector. This role involves hands-on training, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among employees. The specialist will apply technical expertise and safety knowledge to improve workforce skills and minimize workplace hazards.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science (e.g., Physics), or Vocational Education (for degree holders)
• High school diploma or equivalent (for non-degree holders)

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the relevant Oil & Gas field (for degree holders)
