Job description

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The role involves on-site implementation of Safety Plans and Recommendations to ensure safety for employees and users. Responsibilities include identifying safety issues, reporting inconsistencies, collaborating on safety audits and training, managing disaster and emergency plans, promoting safety awareness, monitoring safety equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

The candidate will also be involved in preparing safety plans, conducting site safety checks, assisting with personal protective equipment, ensuring safe operation of machinery, maintaining first aid supplies, and providing safety information to management. Collaboration with other departments and authorities is essential for audits and remedial actions.

Additional duties include reviewing hazards, implementing risk assessments, seeking safety process improvements, developing personal skills, and reporting on health and safety practices. Experience working with international companies and relevant certifications such as First Aid, OSHA, NIOSH, ISO lead auditor, and risk analysis are advantageous.

Minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Safety. Candidates should also possess training in hazard analysis, root cause investigation, Kaizen methodologies, and familiarity with ISO standards.
