Fire Fighting Technician:

Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire protection systems and equipment to ensure effective operation and compliance with Saudi Civil Defense regulations and international standards. This role is crucial in protecting people, property, and assets from fire hazards.

  • Install, test, and commission fire protection systems, including fire alarm panels, detectors, sprinkler and suppression systems (FM-200, CO2, foam systems, etc.), fire pumps, hoses, hydrants, and extinguishers.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on firefighting equipment.
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot fire detection and alarm systems.
  • Ensure proper functioning of emergency lighting and fire exit signage.

Education: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or equivalent technical training).

Certifications:

  • NFPA / FPA Certification (desirable)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in fire protection systems installation and maintenance.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of NFPA codes, Saudi Building and Fire Codes.
