The successful candidate will possess a diploma and safety certification recognized by major clients and will be responsible for maintaining safety compliance on site.

Job description

Major Objectives of the Job: To coordinate the development and execution of Occupational Health & Safety work practices across the organization with the requirements of the OHS standards and implement risk management processes. To provide administrative support to project management & execution, project planning, and ensure overall project quality and safety standards are met in line with customer requirements.

Customers: All Customers in KSA

Suppliers: Based on the projects secured in the region

Main Responsibilities: Responsible for all HSE requirements of Customers, should be on site full-time.

Key Result Areas & Key Performance Indicators

1. Safety policy compliance: Conformance to HSE compliance at sites as per customer quality framework, develop project-specific safety documents, conformance to safety budgets.
   Reporting: Project reports, safety procedures, safety reports.
   Key Metrics: Zero incidents at site, compliance to safety standards.
   Reporting Method: Weekly site report, site audit report.
2. Reporting & Problem Solving: Project reporting, non-compliance reporting.
   On-site presence: Full-time.
   Reporting: Daily/weekly status reports, incident reports, weekly/monthly reports.
   Meetings: Attend risk management meetings, customer site/project meetings, daily safety meetings.
   Meeting documentation: MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
3. Safety Policy Development: For each project, including overall safety & risk assessment, risk mitigation plan and execution.
   Deliverables: Policy document, execution plan.
4. Self-Development: Participate in one general competency training program and one functional competency training program per year.
   Deadlines: General training by June, functional training by December.

Qualifications: Diploma with safety certification recognized by ARAMCO, SABIC, SEC, MAADEN.

Competencies: Job knowledge, achieving objectives, values-driven, decision making, interpersonal skills, time management, teamwork, problem solving.

Skills: Site management, report generation using MS Office suite.
