Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections at construction sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of high rise building, oil & gas, plant maintenance, scaffolding regulations and guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to develop site-specific safety plans and procedures.
  
• Provide training on safety protocols to employees and contractors working on the project.
  
• Investigate incidents or near-misses to determine root causes and recommend improvements.
