We are currently looking to hire a Safety Engineer. A Safety Engineer in the real estate sector is responsible for ensuring and enhancing a safe and healthy working environment for employees and visitors within real estate projects.

Work Location: Madinah, SA

Role: Safety Engineer

Requirements:

• Must have experience in construction or real estate industry
• A high diploma or Bachelor in Safety Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Safety Engineering or related field.
• Should have citizenship or a work permit in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of potential risks in real estate projects.
2. Perform detailed safety analyses to identify potential risks and determine necessary preventive measures.
3. Develop effective safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international legislation.
4. Regularly conduct emergency drills for teams and implement evacuation and rescue procedures.
