- Execution of Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, focusing on delivery of ARR and Renewals.
- Closes business, delivering quota against target.
- Ensure proper pipeline coverage; optimize demand generation campaigns, and ensure proper deal progression, conversion, and participation rates. Identify and adapt pipeline growth components with relentless focus.
- Establish strong customer relationships to position Oracle's full SaaS strategic pillars around the customer's digital transformation.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Partner with existing customers for upselling and renewal opportunities.
- Update sales forecasts, record activities, and develop opportunity close plans.
- Ensure proper pipeline coverage and maximize returns from demand generation campaigns, deal progression, and conversion.
- Develop long-term sustainable relationships with customers and partners.
- Establish and progress all opportunities within your territory.
- Prepare and participate in business review and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers alongside CSMs.
- Act as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and customers/partners.
- Ensure proper onboarding and implementation partners for new projects, with follow-up to maximize customer outcomes and pave the way for future expansion.
- Drive account and territory planning.
- Collaborate with Specialist Account Executives.
- Align forecast governance and execution with SAEs.
- Participate in large deal execution, leveraging product expertise from SAEs and other sales support functions.
- Maintain pipeline health and related activities to grow specific areas.
- Collaborate with supporting functions and the ecosystem, especially Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and CSMs.
- Engage in cross-line-of-business (X-LOB) collaboration to drive customer success.
