Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Pre-sales Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW) to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to prospective clients, demonstrating the value and capabilities of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to address their business challenges and drive digital transformation. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP's public cloud offerings, strong technical and functional expertise, and exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compelling presentations and demonstrations of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW) to C-level executives, IT managers, and business users, showcasing its features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business language, aligning solutions with client-specific needs and strategic objectives.
  • Articulate the "why" behind SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, emphasizing its agility, scalability, rapid deployment, and continuous innovation.
  • Highlight the benefits of the GROW with SAP approach, including pre-configured best practices and faster time to value.

Discovery & Qualification:

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand their current business processes, pain points, strategic goals, and technical landscape
  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and identify key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to define solution architectures that meet client requirements, leveraging SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of tailored proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client needs.

Competitive Analysis & Market Insights:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and SAP's product roadmap, particularly for S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Develop and deliver competitive positioning strategies, effectively differentiating our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud offerings.

Proof of Concept (POC) & Pilot Support

  • Support the execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot projects, demonstrating the practical application and value of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Thought Leadership & Internal Enablement:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud within the organization, mentoring junior pre-sales consultants and sales teams.
  • Contribute to the development of pre-sales assets, including standard demonstrations, solution frameworks, and presentation templates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. Finance Background preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles specifically focused on SAP ERP solutions.
    • Proven track record of at least 3+ years directly involved in pre-sales for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (essential). Experience with the "GROW with SAP" initiative is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrable experience in conducting successful product demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
    • Prior experience working within the Saudi Arabian market and understanding of local business practices and regulations.
  • Technical & Functional Expertise:
    • Deep functional understanding of core SAP ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales).
    • Strong technical acumen related to cloud computing concepts, SaaS models, integration patterns, and data migration strategies in a public cloud environment.
    • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology for cloud implementations.
    • Understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and its role in extending SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in spoken and written Arabic (mandatory). Ability to conduct complex business discussions and presentations in Arabic.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory). Ability to conduct complex business discussions and presentations in English.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
    • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):SAP Certifications relevant to S/4HANA Public Cloud (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud).Experience with other cloud ERP solutions.Understanding of specific industry solutions within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
