About The Role

  • The RX agent will create a positive and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting individuals, managing services via the Flow App (including invoicing and finance control), providing administrative support, and engaging with the community. The role requires collaboration, addressing inquiries and concerns, and handling administrative tasks such as paperwork and report preparation. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and can multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and professionalism in all resident interactions, accommodating special requests when possible.
  • Greet and register neighbors efficiently, handle special requests, and obtain payment information.
  • Organize, communicate, and complete requested services promptly, with proper follow-up.
  • Manage service invoices, ensuring timely tracking and processing of payments.
  • Follow up on guest and neighbor comments and requests, resolving concerns and incidents to ensure an excellent experience.
  • Coordinate with the Leasing Team for move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals as needed.
  • Oversee move-in processes, including onboarding sessions to introduce Flow's community and lifestyle.
  • Manage move-out procedures, ensuring completion and following up on checklists.
  • Adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures to deliver an authentic Flow-branded experience.
  • Ensure cleanliness of public areas and address maintenance requests.
  • Handle purchase orders related to property upkeep and operations.
  • Organize, promote, and update community events via flyers and the Flow App.
  • Communicate relevant information through WhatsApp groups.
  • Complete daily tasks such as briefings, handovers, and updates before shifts end.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in the system.

Ideal Background
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various software.
  • Experience in Residential Services or Hospitality, especially in a luxury setting, is preferred.
