Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a RSNF Logistics Analyst/Planner to provide supplies, logistics, and service support as well as managerial and advisory support to the RSNF. This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA, and will be an onsite position.
Responsibilities
The RSNF Supply and Logistics Analyst will provide RSNF personnel with supply and logistics support, guidance, and process improvement recommendations to enhance the RSNF supply department's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This role is supported at the Riyadh Inventory Control Point (ICP), KSA.
- Analyze all aspects of RSNF supply, logistics, and service support systems, including organization, policy, procedures, and performance, relative to USN supply support to the RSNF, such as provisioning, material acquisition and distribution, transportation, inventory control, storage, custody, and disposal.
- Review existing RSNF supply management plans and Integrated Logistics Support Program (ILSP) plans, schedules, and procedures related to the supply support of major systems provided by the USG to the RSNF, including integration of supply support from third-country sources.
- Monitor and maintain RSNF supply systems management plans, schedules, procedures, and the overall supply support posture for ships, aircraft, and Marine and Naval Security Force equipment and systems.
- Prepare and deliver supply and logistics reports, studies, briefings, and point papers with findings, analysis, and recommendations for updating RSNF supply, logistics, and service support programs, policies, procedures, and publications.
- Support Inventory Control Point (ICP) operations and improvements in parts acceptance, cataloging, storage, and issuance.
- Assist in supervising, controlling, and coordinating the ICP Inventory Management Section, including budget development.
- Assist RSNF with planning, coordinating, and monitoring the Repairable Program.
- Analyze RSNF inventory management systems, policies, and procedures for relevance and applicability to current training objectives.
- Develop and deliver inventory management training to enhance RSNF knowledge and performance.
- Advise the RSNF ICP Director and the Director of Supply on material management and repairable program matters.
- Support RSNF ESS conferences, meetings, and discussions on inventory control and repairable programs as needed.
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five (5) years of direct military experience in the relevant functional task, or ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience. Must possess professional knowledge of Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques. Candidates must be either a US citizen or a Saudi national.

Pay Range
The posted pay range reflects the expected starting salary but may vary based on individual factors such as experience, education, and market conditions. The total compensation may include additional elements discussed during hiring. The salary range is USD $71,150.00 - USD $92,500.00 per year.
