Baker Hughes invites recent graduates to join the ASPIRE Supply Chain program in Saudi Arabia. This two-year rotation builds core capabilities across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and more, through varied assignments and cross-functional collaboration.

Participants gain structured development, coaching, mentoring, and a formal training curriculum in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS, and Supply Chain processes while building a global network and opportunities for leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain from an accredited university.
• Degree completed within the last 24 months.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Geographically mobile; program locations may vary.
• Experience or interest in supply chain operations.
• Legally entitled to work without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in diverse assignments across manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, HSE and services operations.
• Receive coaching and mentoring; participate in structured career development and on-the-job learning.
• Complete a significant supply-chain training curriculum including LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes.
• Network globally and cross-functionally; lead program initiatives or projects with peers and interact with global leaders.
• Contribute to solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.
