• Ensure the smooth operation of the rooms division, delivering all aspects of the guest experience at the highest standards.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve rooms division initiatives and hotel targets.
• Lead and manage the rooms division team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
• Manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Establish and deliver programs to improve service standards, profitability, and cost control, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices, and perform follow-up as needed.
