Job Description

Join our team as a Room Attendant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and become an essential part of creating exceptional guest experiences in our luxurious hotel. As a Room Attendant, you&aposll take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department
  • Organize and maintain housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
  • Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
  • Assist in deep cleaning projects and special assignments as required
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventory

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or customer service, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background in luxury hotel environment is highly desirable
