Job Description
Join our team as a Room Attendant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and become an essential part of creating exceptional guest experiences in our luxurious hotel. As a Room Attendant, you&aposll take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies as needed
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department
Organize and maintain housekeeping cart with necessary supplies and equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
Assist in deep cleaning projects and special assignments as required
Maintain accurate records of cleaned rooms and inventory
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or customer service, preferably in a hotel setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods

Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
