ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY SUMMER TRAINING

Duration: 8 weeks

Location: Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited - Taif

Salary: SAR 4,000 total

Position is open for Saudi Nationals Only (Male & Female)

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON THE PROGRAMME

We're one of few companies with the breadth of technology and expertise to tackle some of the world's biggest challenges. And on your 8-week summer training course with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand.

During the programme at Rolls-Royce in Saudi Arabia, you will gain a valuable insight into an EJ200 engine operational environment focused primarily on Health and Safety, and Quality and Delivery. Retaining high standards in these key areas enable us to maintain our excellent relationship with the RSAF.

The operations you will be exposed to include the following:

• Journey to Zero Harm
• Compliance with Rolls-Royce Management System
• Royal Saudi Airforce Squadron and Support Health Monitoring
• Engine/Module Repair
• Logistics - Supply Chain - Operational Support

We want to give you a broad experience across Rolls-Royce to build your network, enable you to grow, and help you find the best fit in our organisation.

Throughout your programme, you'll be helped by your very own career coach, whose job it is to help you realise your full potential - not just on the programme, but beyond. You'll work with your career coach to create a personalised development plan, which could include supporting you in obtaining a relevant professional qualification, further down the line. With our support and culture of continuous learning, we're confident you'll feel included, developed, recognised, and motivated to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will study towards one of the following subjects: Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering at Taif University.

You'll also need to be as passionate as we are about the future of technology. You'll care about putting safety, people, and always doing the right thing, first. If you're open-minded, curious, and agile in your approach to work and your career development, we'll give you the support and encouragement to make a difference, in our business and in the world.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have never been in employment.

You must hold a valid driving licence & has access to a vehicle.

CLOSING DATE: 10th April 2025

Assessment centres will take place in w/c 26.05.2025

Predicted start date in the programme: 22nd June 2025.
