ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY GRADUATE PROGRAMME

DURATION: 4 months

LOCATION: Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited - Taif

MAJORS: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Aviation/Aerospace Engineering.

SALARY: SAR 7,000 total

Position is open for Saudi Nationals Only (Male & Female)

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON THE PROGRAMME

In our Engineering and Technology Graduate Programme, you'll gain invaluable insight into the scope and variety of the work we do, while discovering where you want to take your career with us.

During the programme at Rolls-Royce in Saudi Arabia, you will gain beneficial insight into an EJ200 operational environment focused primarily on Health and Safety, and Quality and Delivery. Retaining high standards in these key areas enables us to maintain our excellent relationship with the RSAF.

The operations will include the following:

• Compliance with Rolls-Royce Management System
• RSAF Squadron and ML1 Support Health Monitoring
• Engine/Module Repair
• Logistics - Supply Chain - Operational Support

Throughout your programme, you'll be helped by your very own career coach, whose job it is to help you realise your full potential - not just on the programme, but beyond. You'll work with your career coach to create a personalised development plan, which could include supporting you in obtaining a relevant professional qualification, further down the line. With our support and culture of continuous learning, we're confident you'll feel included, developed, recognised, and motivated to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

You will have graduated or set to graduate in 2025 from the following subjects: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aviation/Aerospace Engineering.

You'll also need to be as passionate as we are about the future of technology. You'll care about putting safety, people, and always doing the right thing, first. If you're open-minded, curious, and agile in your approach to work and your career development, we'll give you the support and encouragement to make a difference, in our business and in the world.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have never been in employment.

You must hold a valid driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
