Job summary

The Pediatric Oncology/Hematology and BMT Unit at Hziegler in Jeddah provides 24-hour inpatient care for children from birth to 13 years 11 months, undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or palliative admission. The RN will join a specialized team in a high-acuity setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least two years of pediatric oncology experience in a medium to large hospital. Female applicants only.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; online/distance education not acceptable.
• Current RN license required.
• Minimum two years of pediatric oncology RN experience in a mid- to large-sized acute-care hospital.

Job description

The Pediatric Oncology/Hematology and BMT Unit provides a 24-hour service to inpatients frombirth to 13 years, and 11 months of age undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or for palliativecare admission criteria.

The unit consists of 20 beds subdivided into 15 beds for Oncology services and 5 beds for BoneMarrow Transplantation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (online/distance education programs cannot be considered)
  


• Current nursing (RN) license
  


• Minimum two years of current experience as an RN - Pediatric Oncology in a mid- to large-sized acute-care hospital setting.
  

The hospital can consider only FEMALE candidates at this time.
