Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of construction or site engineering experience; interns considered.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; basic AutoCAD/MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site activities according to plans and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and report issues to Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Support site inspections and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources.
• Prepare daily site reports and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site issues to meet milestones.
