Strong accounting knowledge and analytical problem-solving are essential. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of auditing experience, with advanced Excel skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of auditing experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting financial audits and reviews, including examining financial statements and verifying transactions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Communicate audit findings to management and assist in implementing improvements.
• Develop and maintain audit programs and procedures.
• Conduct research to identify financial risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in auditing.
