About SiFi:
SiFiis a corporate expense management platform designed to empower /accounting teams with seamless control over corporate spending. Our platform allows companies to issue cards with specific spending restrictions, ensuring that funds are used efficiently and only for approved expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and maintaining the risk register.
  • Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate threshold breaches.
  • Participate in Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) with departments.
  • Track action plans for risk mitigation and follow up with owners.
  • Assist in preparing reports for Risk Committees and regulators (e.g.,SAMA).
  • Ensure compliance with risk-related policies, frameworks, and regulations.
  • Support in identifying fraud, operational, compliance, and third- party risks.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and testing the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • Coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) with business units.
  • Support the development and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs).
  • Maintain the incident management and emergency response protocols.
  • Organize periodic BCP drills and tabletop exercises.
  • Ensure BCM documentation is compliant with SAMA and ISO 22301 standards.
  • Track continuity risks and propose mitigation action
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Business, IT, or related fields.
  • 3+ years risk management experience (financial services/FinTech preferred).
  • Experience developing risk frameworks and BCP/DR plans.
  • Familiarity with KSA financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent in English and Arabic.
  • Solid understanding of various risk types.
  • Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Understanding of FinTech risks and regulations in KSA.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Saudi Nationality is a MUST.
