Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact our organization. The Risk Manager will develop risk management strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and safeguard the company's assets, reputation, and financial stability.

1. Risk Assessment & Analysis: Identify potential risks (financial, operational, strategic, and compliance-related) and assess their impact on the organization.
2. Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to reduce exposure and enhance business resilience.
3. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies to prevent compliance violations.
4. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed risk reports, provide insights to senior management, and recommend corrective actions.
5. Business Continuity Planning: Design and oversee business continuity and crisis management strategies to minimize disruptions.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to integrate risk management into business processes.
7. Insurance & Claims Management: Evaluate and manage corporate insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
8. Fraud Prevention: Identify potential fraud risks and implement measures to prevent fraudulent activities.
9. Training & Awareness: Educate employees on risk awareness, policies, and best practices.

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Risk Management, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related role.
3. Strong knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, financial regulations, and industry standards.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Proficiency in risk analysis tools, data management, and reporting software.
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
7. Professional certifications such as CRMA (Certified Risk Management Assurance) is a plus.
