About the Role

Surbana Jurong (SJ) Group is scaling a future‑fit PMO across the Middle East. We’re building a talent bench of Risk & Change leaders who can translate uncertainty into strategy and drive disciplined change across complex programs.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate risk workshops; own registers, RBS, and QRA (cost & schedule).
• Run Change Control Boards, impact assessments, approvals, and baselining.
• Publish dashboards (KRIs, exposure trends, P50/P80) and brief stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal/external audits, close findings with measurable improvements.
• Coach teams on BMS and uplift maturity through training and playbooks.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Engineering/PM/Risk; 8–12+ years in consulting/PMC.
• ISO 31000/ISO 21502 literacy; GCC client/channel experience.
• Tooling: Microsoft 365 & SharePoint; Power BI; risk tools (Primavera Risk/Safran/@RISK).
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence and report writing.

Nice to Have

PMP; PMI‑RMP/MoR; Prosci/CMBoK; Arabic; EVM integration.

Where You’ll Work

Hybrid | Riyadh (KSA) with collaboration across KSA & UAE; periodic client-site travel.
