Job Description
  1. Serve as the key member for RBSA office in KSA, covering Risk Advisory Services (RAS) for mandates and projects for clients in the MEA region, particularly in KSA.
  2. Primary responsibility is to carry out business development, execution, and closure of all RAS mandates in MEA, working closely with the MEA team and RAS team in India.
  3. Secondary responsibility is to participate in coverage (business development, execution, and closure) of projects, mandates, leads, and prospects for other service lines including investment banking, financial due diligence, transaction tax, restructuring, and business valuation services, working in conjunction with respective service line leads and India teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Ability to develop business in KSA and GCC region with strong connections with government, private sector corporates, banks, and other entities. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  2. Strong RAS and Transaction Advisory experience in GCC, particularly in KSA, for the last 4-6 years.
  3. Ability to mentor junior team members in advisory roles.
  4. Good project management skills and ability to mentor professionals at the junior level.
  5. Enjoy working in a challenging and professional environment.
  6. Proven ability to utilize current technology and tools (MS Office, CapIQ, Capitaline, Bloomberg) to enhance service effectiveness.
  7. Previous experience with advisory firms or corporate finance functions in the UAE or other GCC countries.
  8. Qualified in relevant finance qualifications (CA, MBA Finance, CFA).
