Our Risk Advisory team in the Middle East specializes in comprehensive enterprise risk management, Business Continuity and Resilience. We work closely with government and private sector clients, delivering high-impact solutions that drive organizational resilience and performance.

Role Levels:

- Junior Analyst (0-2 years experience)

- Analyst (2-4 years experience)

- Senior Analyst (4-7 years experience)

Core Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for clients across various industries

- Conduct Business Impact Analysis

- Develop Business Continuity Plans

- Develop and implement strategic risk and resilience management frameworks

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management

- Support business development and client relationship management

- Participate in complex project engagements, often requiring on-site presence

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

- Contribute to proposal development and client pitch preparations

Requirements (Scaled by Experience Level):

- Saudi nationals only

- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication abilities in Arabic and English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh

Additional Requirements by Level:

- Junior Analyst: Recent graduate, internship experience

- Analyst: 2-4 years experience in larger consulting firms

- Senior Analyst: Proven track record in risk management consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant certification

- Experience in enterprise risk management or Business Continuity

- Professional certifications (ERMP, GRCP, GRCA, ISO31000, ISO 22301)
