Hotel: Riyadh - Al Takhassusi (RUHTA), TBD, Al-Takassusi Street

As Revenue Manager, you’ll drive hotel performance by developing and executing effective pricing strategies, optimizing inventory, and analyzing market trends. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to maximize revenue and profitability — all while ensuring alignment with IHG’s standards and delivering True Hospitality for our guests.

Job Summary

As Revenue Manager, you’ll drive hotel performance by developing and executing effective pricing strategies, optimizing inventory, and analyzing market trends. You’ll work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to maximize revenue and profitability — all while ensuring alignment with IHG’s standards and delivering True Hospitality for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across all distribution channels.

Analyze market trends, competitor data, and demand forecasts to inform pricing decisions.

Monitor daily performance, pick-up trends, and booking pace to identify revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing to align strategies and promotions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in all revenue management systems.

Lead regular revenue strategy meetings and provide detailed performance reports.

Maximize room revenue through effective inventory and yield management.

Ensure compliance with IHG tools, systems, and global revenue management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within IHG or similar international hospitality brands.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and forecasting.

Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IHG Concerto), channel management tools, and Excel.

Excellent communication and commercial acumen.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
