Job Description
As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and optimizing profitability across all revenue streams. You will develop and implement strategies to ensure the hotel meets its financial goals while maintaining its reputation for excellence in hospitality.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to drive growth and meet financial targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to inform pricing and inventory decisions
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR and other KPIs
- Manage distribution channels including direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and other partners
- Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies to optimize revenue and control costs
- Negotiate contracts with distribution partners to enhance visibility and reach
- Create accurate revenue forecasts based on data, trends, and upcoming events
- Collaborate with department heads to set budgets and revenue targets
- Track performance against goals, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
- Use data analytics tools to gain insights and identify revenue opportunities
- Prepare reports for senior management with key metrics, trends, and recommendations
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to align strategies
- Support department heads in revenue initiatives and foster a culture of revenue excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury or 5-star hotels
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with revenue management systems and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative revenue strategies
- Track record of achieving targets and driving profitability
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
