About Kimpton Riyadh

Located in King Abdullah Financial District, in the heart of Riyadh, 22 km from the airport, Kimpton Riyadh features 212 guest rooms and suites, with unique dining options. The hotel is part of a LEED-certified landmark development offering state-of-the-art office space, venues, and luxury residences.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis: Analyzing revenue, profit, and demand data to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Forecasting and Budgeting: Preparing forecasts, budgets, and daily projections for financial planning.
3. Rate and Inventory Management: Managing room rates and inventory to maximize revenue.
4. Performance Reporting: Generating revenue management reports and providing insights.
5. Market Analysis: Conducting competitive analysis and market research.
6. Collaboration: Working with sales and marketing to develop revenue strategies.
7. System Maintenance: Updating revenue management systems, including rate hurdles and demand forecasts.
8. Compliance: Ensuring activities meet standards and regulations.
9. Problem-Solving: Addressing issues to optimize performance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative ability.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel or Business Administration
• 2-3 years in a similar role
• Experience in international luxury hotel chains
• GCC exposure preferred
• English fluency required, Arabic preferred
