About Kimpton Riyadh

Located in King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, the hotel features 212 guest rooms and suites, unique dining options, and is part of a LEED certified development with office spaces, venues, and residences.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis: Analyzing revenue, profit, and demand data to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Forecasting and Budgeting: Preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and projections.
3. Rate and Inventory Management: Managing room rates and inventory to maximize revenue based on market demand.
4. Performance Reporting: Generating revenue management reports and providing insights.
5. Market Analysis: Conducting competitive analysis and market research.
6. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Developing strategies to drive revenue.
7. System Maintenance: Updating revenue management systems and monitoring demand.
8. Compliance and Standards: Ensuring activities comply with standards and regulations.
9. Problem-Solving: Addressing issues to optimize performance.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel or Business Administration

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience in international luxury hotel chains

• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred
