We re Hiring Multiple positions across our Retail and Offices Team in KSA

We're expanding our leading teams in Saudi and looking for motivated talent who want to grow with us.

Multiple openings of various levels of seniority across our Retail Consulting, Retail Leasing and Office Leasing teams.

Please get in touch with us if you want to be part of out market leading teams and are looking for a career in commercial real estate leasing or consulting. The following skillsets and in-depth expertise is required:

• Retail Consulting (KSA National Preferred): Advising developers on optimization of retail assets, advising on strategic decisions for retail assets including retail trends, tenant mixes and financial analysis.
• Retail Leasing: An in-depth understanding of retailers preferences and roll-out strategies, and experience in undertaking retail leasing transactions.
• Offices Leasing: Advising landlords and /or tenants on strategies for office space portfolios and strategic advice to increase value of office assets through leasing advisory and undertaking of transactions.

You'll need: A degree in Real Estate/Finance/Business, solid Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and keen attention to detail. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Great to have: Min. 1- 5 years in commercial real estate, knowledge of Vision 2030, and experience with industry platforms.
