Job description

A globally iconic luxury brand is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager for the Saudi market. You will spearhead marketing initiatives that bolster the performance and brand presence of the stores across KSA. Reporting directly to the General Manager in Dubai, this role is crucial for enhancing customer engagement and driving sales at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Support and Strategy Implementation:

  1. Craft and implement marketing strategies that directly support our stores, focusing on PR & Events and impactful in-store displays.
  2. Work closely with store managers to tailor campaigns to local markets and enhance the in-store customer experience.

Leadership and Team Management:

  1. Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  2. Provide guidance and support in the development of team members' marketing and analytical skills.

Consumer Insights and Market Adaptation:

  1. Analyze consumer trends and market dynamics to optimize our offerings and marketing tactics in the retail sector.
  2. Adapt strategies based on competitive analysis and industry best practices.

Collaboration with International Teams:

  1. Coordinate with the international marketing team to align on global brand strategies and ensure consistent messaging across the market.

Retail and Luxury Market Expertise:

  1. Leverage experience in premium/luxury retail to enhance brand positioning and attract a discerning clientele.
  2. Engage with the Beauty & Fragrance latest trends that could influence marketing strategies.

Operational and Budget Management:

  1. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and meet financial objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or luxury goods, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behaviour in the luxury sector.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across different teams and cultures.
