About the Position
- Responsible for planning and executing the Retail and Small Core services growth plan development focusing on the 7 key deliverables identified by CAT that drive Retail Sales to Users (STU) through disciplined sales execution.
- Working across various functional business units, global partners, dealers, and customers to build and scale integrated retail customer offers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Effectively develop a detailed plan for Retail and Small Core growth, highlighting the current state of business and growth targets
- Establish a Retail Customer List and Increase # of Customers we can effectively market to with up-to-date contact and fleet information
- Optimize retail coverage and reduce cost to serve by leveraging our digital platforms through Internal Sales Reps
- Create Retail Marketing Campaigns that address a purchase barrier or unmet customer need identified through Voice of Customer (VOC), leveraging Prioritized Services Events
- Ensure all retail and small core customers have minimum PAR values assigned
- Deliver role-specific CX training to all retail customer-facing employees
- Track retail marketing and sales PSE closed won $
- Increase the retail and small core NLS score
- Segment, target, and position market opportunities to grow revenue
- Drive continuous improvement, ensure retail dollars spent maximize return on investment
- Understand the consumer and retail execution variations across multiple channels
- Work with channel specific sales leaders to develop & deliver against annual and monthly retail KPIs in support of overall Customer sales priorities for broker partner
- Lead the retail team and ensure a proper execution plan is in place with the team to drive progress and completion.
Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
- Educational Background: A University Degree in Engineering or equivalent is required. A background in strategy and analytics is highly preferred.
- Experience: You should have 5-7 years of experience in operational growth and business improvement.
- Key Knowledge Areas: Strong project management skills, a deep understanding of dealer operating structures, and knowledge of key marketing principles (product, price, promotion, place). Proven leadership in innovating and executing new ideas/processes to market is crucial.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated customer focus, service excellence, strong data analytics, decision-making abilities, and leadership in team development. Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role.
