Key Responsibilities:
  1. Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.
  2. Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
  3. Identify heavy and low turn inventory items and maintain communication reports for the respective teams.
  4. Control inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis).
  5. Diligent investigations required to solve problems in the systems.
  6. Maintenance and accountability of high levels of customer service (internal and external).
  7. Minimize inaccuracy of store stock data.
  8. Driving the stock audit process from planning to execution.
  9. Stock items and stock revenue to be accurately managed in aLS and SAP for 100% alignment.
  10. Work proactively to propose process changes which will prevent irregularities.
  11. Store receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of the company’s warehouse including EOS transfers and inter branch transfers.
  12. Results of investigations and enormities about possible loss prevention issues to be reported directly to Snr Manager Retail Operations.
  13. Ability to train and develop store teams on RFID tool.
  14. Collaborate with country ops team to ensure inventory levels are managed.
  15. Clear all open transfer STS and DC-Store.
Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Shrinkage target defined each year (administration).
  2. To ensure all uniforms & damages adjusted monthly.
  3. PRP Internal controls Audit Results (relevant sections).
  4. Investigations closed within 48 hours.
  5. System alignment - monthly results between 980%.
  6. Share best practices across EMC on RFID process and inventory management.
  7. Share frequent inventory reports with the business and ensure results are analyzed.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  1. University degree.
  2. 3-4 years of retail inventory control experience with focus on business.
  3. Industry experience in Sports/Consumer goods.
  4. RFID experience is preferred.
