It is also a leader in sports event timing as the official timekeeper and data-handler for most of the Olympic Games in recent decades and major international sports events.

Job description

  1. Elaboration and analysis of daily retail reporting and operational processes across RADO boutiques.
  2. Act as a key contact for store teams regarding administrative inquiries in coordination with the Retail Manager and boutique managers across all KSA regions.
  3. Process incoming B2B and B2C orders, customer inquiries, and warranty requests.
  4. Support in creating retail reports and data analysis related to e-commerce performance.
  5. Assist in analyzing sales and stock trends to support strategic purchasing decisions.
  6. Plan and coordinate stock take (inventory) checks, including reporting and analysis for the local finance team as well as HQ team.
  7. Maintain and manage inventory within the internal retail and POS systems (transfers, returns, credits, month-end closures, etc.).
  8. Reorder store consumables such as watch boxes, bags, and display materials.
  9. Submit attendance reports to the HR department for all store team members.
  10. Prepare and manage retail statistics, including sales data, traffic, conversion rate, and collection performance.
  11. Forecast sales potential for new launches and contribute to the automatic replenishment process.
  12. Support the setup and coordination of new store openings.

Profile

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of retail operations across RADO boutiques in the KSA region by delivering accurate reporting, supporting inventory and sales analysis, and facilitating efficient communication between store teams, retail management, and headquarters. Using data-driven insights, operational excellence, and proactive coordination, the Brand Coordinator plays a pivotal role in strengthening RADO's retail performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting strategic growth initiatives, including e-commerce, new product launches, and store openings.

Professional requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial training.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar retail operations, coordination, or merchandising role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or retail management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Cegid, POS systems) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interest in the luxury watch industry, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to retail excellence across operations and projects.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies and basic knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and present retail performance data using Excel, dashboards, or BI tools.
  • Proficient in data and office management tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel to support other cities as needed.
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration attitude.
