About the Role
Join our pre-opening Food & Beverage team as Restaurant Supervisor at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play an important role in establishing and overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional, personalized service in a vibrant and dynamic dining environment.
What You Will Do
Assist in pre-opening activities including outlet setup, service sequence planning, team onboarding, and menu training.
Supervise daily service, coordinating with the culinary and bar teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Ensure team members consistently execute Four Seasons service standards, providing coaching and support as needed.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging guest loyalty.
Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times.
Contribute to scheduling, briefings, performance tracking, and team morale.
Support promotional events, activations, and guest engagement initiatives across the outlet.
What You Bring
Prior experience in a supervisory role within a luxury restaurant, lounge, or upscale casual concept.
Pre-opening or launch experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong team leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
Passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest interactions.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
