Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food service, and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in restaurant management and strong leadership and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management and customer service.


  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained.


  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams for stock requirements.


  • Train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff to ensure high performance.


  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.


  • Assist in preparing staff schedules and ensuring adequate shift coverage.


  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.


  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports for management.


Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.


  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.


  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.


  • Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.


  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
